भारतीय कौशल विकास शिक्षा परिषद अपने सभी विद्यार्थियों, अभ्यर्थियों एवं वेबसाइट उपयोगकर्ताओं की निजी जानकारी की गोपनीयता का पूर्ण सम्मान करती है।

1. एकत्र की जाने वाली जानकारी

हम प्रवेश, प्रशिक्षण एवं प्रमाणन प्रक्रिया के दौरान निम्न जानकारी एकत्र कर सकते हैं:

नाम, पता, मोबाइल नंबर, ई-मेल आईडी

जन्मतिथि एवं शैक्षणिक योग्यता

पहचान पत्र (आधार कार्ड / अन्य वैध पहचान)

कोर्स, प्रशिक्षण, इंटर्नशिप एवं प्रमाणपत्र से संबंधित विवरण

2. जानकारी का उपयोग

एकत्र की गई जानकारी का उपयोग केवल निम्न उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाएगा:

प्रवेश प्रक्रिया एवं शैक्षणिक रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखने हेतु

कोर्स, प्रशिक्षण, परीक्षा एवं प्रमाणपत्र जारी करने हेतु

विद्यार्थियों से आधिकारिक सूचना एवं संवाद हेतु

कानूनी अथवा शासकीय आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति हेतु

3. जानकारी की सुरक्षा

विद्यार्थी की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी को सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा

किसी भी स्थिति में जानकारी बिना अनुमति किसी तीसरे पक्ष को बेची या साझा नहीं की जाएगी

केवल कानूनन आवश्यक होने पर ही सक्षम प्राधिकारी को जानकारी दी जा सकती है

4. तृतीय पक्ष (Third Party)

संस्थान किसी भी बाहरी वेबसाइट, डॉक्टर, ट्रेनिंग सेंटर या थर्ड पार्टी के डेटा उपयोग के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

5. नीति में परिवर्तन

संस्थान को समय-समय पर Privacy Policy में संशोधन करने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित है।
