Refund Policy (English)

1. Registration / Admission Fee

Registration or Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Course Fee

No refund will be provided once the course has commenced.

Fees will not be refunded if a student withdraws or discontinues the course.

3. Study Material & Training

No refund shall be claimed after access to study material, online content, training, or internship services.

4. Course Cancellation by Institute

If the institute cancels or does not start a course, only the course fee may be considered for refund, excluding other charges.

The management’s decision shall be final.

5. Special Circumstances

No refund will be granted due to medical, personal, transfer, or any other reasons.

6. Final Authority

The institute reserves full authority regarding all refund-related decisions.

शुल्क वापसी नीति (Hindi)

1. पंजीकरण / प्रवेश शुल्क

Registration Fee / Admission Fee किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापसी योग्य नहीं होगी।

2. कोर्स शुल्क (Course Fee)

कोर्स प्रारंभ होने के बाद कोई भी शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

विद्यार्थी द्वारा कोर्स बीच में छोड़ने की स्थिति में भी शुल्क वापसी मान्य नहीं होगी।

3. अध्ययन सामग्री एवं प्रशिक्षण

स्टडी मटीरियल, ऑनलाइन कंटेंट, ट्रेनिंग, इंटर्नशिप या किसी भी सेवा के उपयोग के बाद शुल्क वापसी का दावा स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

4. संस्थान द्वारा कोर्स रद्द होने की स्थिति

यदि किसी कारणवश संस्थान द्वारा कोर्स प्रारंभ नहीं किया जाता है, तो केवल कोर्स शुल्क (अन्य शुल्क छोड़कर) पर ही विचार किया जा सकता है।

इस संबंध में संस्थान प्रबंधन का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

5. विशेष परिस्थितियाँ

मेडिकल, व्यक्तिगत, स्थानांतरण या किसी अन्य कारण से शुल्क वापसी का दावा स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा।

6. शुल्क वापसी का अधिकार

शुल्क वापसी से संबंधित सभी निर्णय लेने का पूर्ण अधिकार संस्थान प्रबंधन के पास सुरक्षित है।
