Terms & Conditions (English)

1. Admission

Admission is granted based on documents submitted by the student.

Any false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission.

Registration/Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Course & Duration

Course duration, syllabus, and structure are decided by the institute.

The institute reserves the right to modify courses or training structures when required.

3. Fees

Students must pay fees within the prescribed time.

Late fee penalties will apply for delayed payments.

Non-payment may result in suspension of classes, training, exams, or certificates.

4. Training / Internship

Practical training or internship will be conducted under doctors, experts, or training centers.

Students must follow discipline and rules at training locations.

The institute’s decision regarding training matters shall be final.

5. Attendance & Discipline

Minimum attendance is mandatory.

Misconduct or violation of rules may lead to disciplinary action or cancellation of admission.

6. Examination & Certification

Certificates will be issued only after successful course and training completion.

Misuse of certificates may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

The institute is not responsible for personal loss, accidents, or incidents during training.

Students are responsible for their own actions.

8. Policy Updates

The institute reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will automatically apply to all students.

नियम एवं शर्तें (Hindi)

1. प्रवेश (Admission)

प्रवेश पूर्णतः विद्यार्थी द्वारा प्रस्तुत किए गए दस्तावेज़ों के आधार पर दिया जाएगा।

गलत, अधूरी या फर्जी जानकारी पाए जाने पर प्रवेश रद्द किया जा सकता है।

प्रवेश शुल्क / रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क किसी भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।

2. कोर्स एवं अवधि

सभी कोर्स की अवधि, पाठ्यक्रम एवं संरचना संस्थान द्वारा निर्धारित होगी।

संस्थान को पाठ्यक्रम, सिलेबस या प्रशिक्षण प्रणाली में आवश्यक परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

3. शुल्क (Fees)

विद्यार्थी को निर्धारित समय सीमा में पूर्ण शुल्क जमा करना अनिवार्य है।

विलंब से शुल्क जमा करने पर संस्थान द्वारा निर्धारित विलंब शुल्क (Late Fee) लागू होगा।

शुल्क न देने की स्थिति में कक्षा, प्रशिक्षण, परीक्षा या प्रमाणपत्र रोका जा सकता है।

4. प्रशिक्षण / इंटर्नशिप

प्रायोगिक प्रशिक्षण (Internship/Training) संबंधित डॉक्टर, विशेषज्ञ या ट्रेनिंग सेंटर के अधीन होगा।

प्रशिक्षण स्थल पर अनुशासन, समय पालन एवं नियमों का पालन करना विद्यार्थी की जिम्मेदारी होगी।

प्रशिक्षण से संबंधित किसी भी निर्णय में संस्थान का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

5. उपस्थिति एवं अनुशासन

न्यूनतम उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है।

अनुशासनहीनता, गलत व्यवहार या नियमों के उल्लंघन पर संस्थान आवश्यक कार्यवाही कर सकता है।

गंभीर मामलों में प्रवेश निरस्त किया जा सकता है।

6. परीक्षा एवं प्रमाणपत्र

प्रमाणपत्र केवल कोर्स पूर्ण करने, आवश्यक उपस्थिति और प्रशिक्षण पूरा करने के बाद ही जारी किया जाएगा।

प्रमाणपत्र का दुरुपयोग पाए जाने पर कानूनी कार्यवाही की जा सकती है।

7. दायित्व सीमा

संस्थान किसी भी व्यक्तिगत हानि, दुर्घटना या प्रशिक्षण स्थल पर हुई घटना के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

विद्यार्थी अपने कार्यों के लिए स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगा।

8. नियमों में संशोधन

संस्थान को किसी भी समय नियम एवं शर्तों में परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

संशोधित नियम स्वतः ही सभी विद्यार्थियों पर लागू होंगे।
